You are certainly welcome. That is what these workshops are all about…feeling better and having more energy naturally. And don’t let the “Qi Gong for Arthritis” fool you. Even if you do not have arthritis you will benefit from these wonderful exercises…keeping your joints healthy and preventing getting arthritis.
