While there are many different types of DM, DM is increasing in incidence worldwide and predisposes one to numerous other medical conditions including cardiovascular, renal disease, lower extremity amputations and adult blindness. The two classes of DM are Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Summer is divided into 2 parts…summer and late summer. Late summer or “Indian summer” is that special time at the end of summer and before autumn when there often is a hot spell.
